Onboarding Fee

The $350 onboarding fee covers planning, account setup, content collection, initial configuration, testing, and launch preparation. Refund eligibility depends on the work already completed and any nonrefundable costs already incurred.

Monthly Plan Commitment

Launch, Growth, and Pro require a 12-month minimum commitment. Monthly billing begins when the website is launched. A request to discontinue service does not automatically remove amounts due under the applicable service agreement.

End of Service

Hosting, maintenance, security, support, and use of the ARRCO-hosted website remain active while the subscription is current. Domain ownership, client-supplied content, logos, and original client materials remain with the client.

Additional and Third-Party Charges

Completed work, work already started, premium software, third-party services, payment-processing charges, domain fees, advertising costs, and other committed expenses may remain payable.
