Terms of Service

Website Setup and Onboarding

The one-time $350 onboarding fee covers the business and website questionnaire, website planning and page structure, brand colors and style setup, content and image collection, domain connection, initial website configuration, mobile and desktop testing, and website launch.

Monthly Website Plans

Launch is $150 per month, Growth is $250 per month, and Pro is $550 per month. A 12-month minimum commitment applies to all monthly website plans. Monthly payments begin when the website is launched.

Ownership and Active Service

The client owns their domain name, logo, original content, and supplied images. Hosting, maintenance, security, support, and continued use of the hosted website remain active while the subscription is current.

Plan Limits and Additional Work

Major redesigns, new functionality, additional pages, and requests exceeding the selected plan allowance are quoted separately. Unused monthly update allowances do not roll over.

Third-Party Costs

Third-party software, premium applications, email services, payment-processing fees, advertising, and domain registration or renewal are not included unless stated in writing.

Definition of a Content Update

A content update means replacing existing text, photos, prices, business hours, team information, or similar content. It does not include a complete page redesign, new functionality, or custom development.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful rights to supplied materials, timely content, and timely approvals. Project and support timelines depend on receiving the required information.
