Template Website Terms

Version 2026-11-01. These terms cover the Template Website plan only. Launch, Growth and Pro have their own terms and cancellation policy.

What you get

A ready-made website design that you fill in yourself, hosted and maintained by ARRCO, on a domain you already own. ARRCO checks your website before it is published, and checks your later changes before they go live.

What you pay

• Setup: $120, one time. You pay it when you send your website to ARRCO for launch, which is possible once your domain is verified and HTTPS works. Choosing a design, editing and previewing are free. The setup fee is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or to correct a charge made by mistake.
• Your first month is included. It starts on the day your website first opens at your domain over HTTPS after ARRCO publishes it (your launch date). It does not start when you sign up, pay the setup fee, connect your domain or preview your website.
• Hosting and maintenance: $65 a month. The first $65 payment is charged one calendar month after your launch date. Nothing monthly is charged on launch day. After that, $65 is charged on the same day each month. If your launch date is the 29th, 30th or 31st, months without that day use their last day. Your account shows the exact dates.
• Publishing changes, switching design, changing your domain or restoring an earlier version does not restart your included month or start a second plan.
• Your domain is separate. You buy and renew it with your domain provider. ARRCO never owns, holds or renews your domain.
• Extra work is separate. If you ask for work the editor cannot do, ARRCO sends you a price first. You pay only if you approve it.

No minimum commitment

You can cancel at any time under Billing → Cancel My Plan, or by sending ARRCO a message.

When cancelling takes effect

• During your included first month: your website stays online until the end of that month. The first $65 payment is not charged.
• After monthly payments have started: your website stays online until the end of the month you already paid for. You are not charged again.
• Before launch: your plan ends right away. No monthly payment is ever charged.
• Until your last day you can change your mind with Keep My Plan.
• Cancelling does not refund the setup fee, and it does not cancel amounts that were already due.

If a monthly payment fails

We tell you right away and the payment is tried again. If it is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, your website is taken offline until the payment goes through. It then comes back online by itself.

After your plan ends

• Your website is taken offline on your last day. Nothing changes at your domain provider; you can remove the DNS records you added for ARRCO.
• Your words, photos and logo belong to you. The website designs belong to ARRCO and are licensed to you while your plan is active.
• ARRCO keeps your website content after your plan ends and does not delete it automatically. You can ask ARRCO to delete it at any time. Billing and account records that the law requires us to keep are kept for as long as required.
• ARRCO does not offer downloadable copies of your website content at this time.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you at least 30 days before any change to the price or other important terms. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
