A complete digital home for a personal-training brand — designed to attract new clients, run day-to-day coaching from one place, and grow into online sales.
Project Overview
XJ Fit is the personal-training brand of coach Xavier, offering strength training, fat-loss coaching, athletic performance training and online coaching.
ARRCO Digital Media designed and built xjfitworld.com as more than a brochure site. It is the public face of the brand, the place new clients apply, and the private platform where coaching actually happens — workouts, meal plans, check-ins and progress photos, all in one secure system.
The public site is available in both English and Spanish.
The Challenge
A coach's business runs on more than a homepage. XJ Fit needed to look as strong as the training it sells, explain four different coaching programs clearly, and turn interested visitors into applicants.
Behind the scenes, coaching was the real work: assigning workouts and nutrition plans, collecting weekly check-ins, reviewing progress photos privately, and keeping videos and site content current — without juggling separate tools.
The challenge was to bring the marketing site and the coaching operation together in one platform that the coach could run directly.
The Goal
The goal was to give XJ Fit a single platform that markets the brand and runs the coaching. The website needed to:
- Introduce Xavier and the XJ Fit brand immediately
- Present four coaching programs with clear, dedicated pages
- Guide visitors to sign up and apply for coaching
- Give clients a secure portal for workouts, meal plans and check-ins
- Keep progress photos private to the client and coach
- Let the coach manage clients, programs, videos and site content from one admin panel
- Serve English- and Spanish-speaking audiences
- Prepare an online shop that can open when the brand is ready
Our Approach
ARRCO Digital Media built XJ Fit as one connected system rather than a website with tools bolted on.
The public pages move a visitor from first impression to application. Once someone becomes a client, the same platform becomes their coaching dashboard — and the coach manages everything from a single admin panel.

Visual Direction
The visual identity is built to feel like the gym floor: dark, high-contrast and energetic, with the coach front and centre.
Oversized uppercase headlines and an electric lime-green accent carry the brand's intensity, while generous spacing keeps every page easy to scan.

Clients log in to see their assigned workouts and meal plans, submit check-ins and manage their account.

Progress photos uploaded with check-ins are stored outside the public website and only shown to their owner and the coach.

Admin tools backed by exercise and food libraries, with automatic macro totals on meal plans.
Video Library
Training and competition videos added from YouTube in the admin panel appear on the site automatically.
Shop — Coming Soon
A store managed from the admin panel is in place for physical products and digital programs. Online ordering is not open yet.

A language switch in the header serves the public site in English or Spanish.

The public site, client portal and admin panel are live. The XJ Fit shop is coming soon — the store is built into the admin panel and will open for online ordering when the brand is ready to launch products.
