Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about getting started, billing, website updates, support, and working with ARRCO Digital Media.
Getting Started
Choose the website plan that fits your business, create your account, complete the required onboarding payment, and submit your onboarding information through your ARRCO client portal.
ARRCO uses that information to begin planning and building your website.
Yes. ARRCO charges a $350 Website Setup & Onboarding fee before website production begins.
This is separate from your recurring website plan.
Monthly website-plan billing begins when your website is launched.
The $350 onboarding payment does not start the monthly subscription by itself.
After payment, complete any remaining onboarding information and provide the materials ARRCO needs for your project. Depending on the project this may include:
- business information
- logo
- brand colors
- services
- contact information
- photographs
- written content
- social links
- examples or references
- special website requirements
ARRCO then uses the submitted information to begin production.
Website Plans
ARRCO currently offers:
- Launch — $150/month
- Growth — $250/month
- Pro — $550/month
Full features and update allowances for each plan are listed on the pricing page.
A 12-month minimum commitment applies to all monthly website plans. Monthly billing begins when your website is launched.
A request to discontinue service does not automatically remove amounts due under the applicable service agreement.
Full details are in the Terms of Service and the Cancellation Policy.
Website Updates
Included updates per billing period:
- Launch — 2 updates
- Growth — 5 updates
- Pro — 8 updates
Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period, which follows your plan’s billing date rather than the calendar month. Your portal shows your current usage and the exact date your allowance resets.
A standard update is a reasonable change to existing website content. For example:
- changing text
- replacing an image
- changing business information
- updating a button or link
- updating hours
- changing contact information
- a small content adjustment
- a small layout adjustment to an existing page
Larger work may require a separate quote or service. For example:
- completely new website pages
- major redesigns
- ecommerce development
- custom applications
- advanced functionality
- major third-party integrations
- major SEO projects
- large development projects
If a request falls outside a standard update, ARRCO will let you know through your portal.
Once you have used all the included updates for the current period, an Extra Website Update add-on becomes available in your client portal, subject to eligibility.
The purchase option appears in your portal only when it applies to your account, and your portal shows the current price at the time of purchase.
No. Purchased Extra Website Update credits remain available when your included allowance resets.
Billing
No. The $350 Website Setup & Onboarding charge is a one-time payment.
Your selected Launch, Growth, or Pro plan is the recurring service.
No. Your recurring subscription begins when your website is launched.
A reusable payment method is securely stored through Stripe so your recurring plan billing can begin when your website launches, without asking you to re-enter payment details at that point.
No. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure checkout page and handled by Stripe.
ARRCO’s systems store only Stripe’s references to your customer record and saved payment method — never your full card number or security code.
If a payment does not succeed, your subscription may move into a past-due state and your portal will show that billing needs attention.
Updating your payment method through your portal is the fastest way to resolve it. If you are unsure what is required, open a support request.
Client Portal
Depending on your account and project status, your portal lets you:
- review your plan and billing status
- complete and track onboarding
- submit website requests
- see your update usage and Extra Update credits
- upload and review project files
- open support requests
- view notifications
- manage your account details
Common reasons include:
- the onboarding payment has not been completed
- your website has not launched yet
- your recurring subscription is not active
- you have used all included updates for this period
- you have no Extra Update credits available
- your account or billing status needs attention
Your portal shows the specific reason that applies to your account.
Support
The fastest route is a support request from inside your client portal, which keeps the conversation attached to your account and project.
If you do not have an account yet, use the contact form on the homepage.
Turnaround time depends on the scope and complexity of the request. Small content updates are typically completed sooner than larger changes, new functionality, or work requiring additional development.
Once we have received your request and reviewed the details, we will let you know an estimated timeframe through your client portal.
You can follow the status of every request from your portal, so you always know where things stand.
Payments & Security
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page, and ARRCO’s systems do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
The ARRCO website is served over HTTPS.
